Check of candles of an incandescence

At emergence of difficulties at start of the engine first of all it is necessary to check serviceability functioning of all candles of an incandescence.

Check is made on the cold engine (ambient temperature) and to completely charged rechargeable battery (output tension not less than 11.5 In), glow plugs have to remain on the regular places.

Check of serviceability of giving of food

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove panels of finishing of the power unit.
  2. By means of suitable HAZET 4760-5 adaptation disconnect an electrical wiring from incandescence candles.
  3. Connect a lamp sampler between contact of a candle wire and weight.
  4. Include ignition, leave the ignition key in the provision of activation of preheat and you watch a lamp, - it has to light up, confirming serviceability of giving of food on a candle.
  5. Working according to the similar scheme, check an electrical wiring of the remained candles.
  6. Disconnect a lamp sampler and you pass to check actually of candles (see below).

Check of a condition of candles of an incandescence

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Having connected an ohmmeter between a contact exit of a candle and the case make sure of lack of signs of break of a spiral, - conductivity has to take place (resistance does not equal infinity), otherwise the candle is subject to replacement. Working in a similar manner, check each of candles.
  2. Restore initial connection of an electrical wiring and establish to the place of the panel of finishing of the power unit.
