Details of installation of a rotary fist

- Details of installation of a rotary fist are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Remove the corresponding forward wheel.
- Give a stupichny nut (65a), - the nut is subject to replacement without fail.
- Disconnect an electrical wiring from the wheel sensor and the indicator of wear of brake shoes.
- Remove a brake disk (see the Head Tormoznaya and auxiliary systems).
- Remove from assembly of a rotary fist the wheel sensor assembled with the basic arm.
- Disconnect steering draft (10) from a rotary fist, estimate a condition of a boot and degree of wear of a tip, in case of need make replacement.
- By means of a stripper release a spherical support from the top managing director of the lever (6) (see the Head Podvesk and steering). Check a condition of a boot, estimate degree of wear of spherical assembly, in case of need make replacement.
- By means of an extractor to a vypressuyta from the flange a forward power shaft.
- Having recorded a rotary fist, a vypressuyta a spherical support from the lower rotary fist. Check a condition of a boot, estimate degree of wear of spherical assembly, in case of need make replacement.
- Take assembly of a rotary fist (5) from under the car.
- Installation is made upside-down, - in case of need use the corresponding special tool. Track correctness of laying and connection of an electrical wiring.

Replacement of a spherical support

- Remove a rotary fist (see above).
- Disconnect and develop a brake board.
- Vypressuyte a spherical support (7) from a rotary fist (5).
- By means of a koronchaty nut and a suitable key press a new spherical support against the stop in a rotary fist, - replace a nut.
- Put into place a brake board and install a rotary fist on the car (see above).
