 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of assembly of the electric fan on the example of model ML 270 CDI are presented on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Tire out the car on the elevator.
  3. Open a cowl.
  4. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  5. Disunite the contact socket (1) electrical wiring of a clutch coupling.
  6. Disconnect from the fan an electrical wiring of a contour 30 (2).
  7. Release an electrical wiring from a basic arm.
  8. Remove forward section of a noise isolation.
  9. Release the lower clamps (3) fastenings of ventilatory assembly.
  10. Turn out bolts (5).
  11. Remove the blocked nuts (4).
  12. Remove ventilatory assembly from loopy support from the upper edge of a radiator and, having lowered down, take from a motive compartment.
  13. Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material on removal and installation of assembly of the electric fan on models ML 400 CDI are presented on illustrations to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Tire out the car on the elevator.
  3. Open a cowl.
  4. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  5. Disconnect the lower line of a path of cooling of ATF (3) from a radiator.
  6. Release the lower clamps of fastening of ventilatory assembly.
  7. Turn out the lower side bolts of fastening of ventilatory assembly.
  8. Disunite the contact socket of an electrical wiring (2).
  9. Release an electrical wiring from a basic arm.
  10. Disconnect from a radiator the top hose of a cooling path (6) and the top oil pipeline (5).
  11. Having lifted up, take ventilatory assembly from a motive compartment.
  12. Installation is made upside-down.
