Details of installation of the water pump of the engine of a series 111

- Details of installation of the water pump of the engine of a series 111 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Remove assembly of the fan of the cooling system with the viscous coupling (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the fan of the cooling system).
- Empty the cooling system (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Disconnect hoses of a cooling path (11, 12 and 13).
- Release the bolts combined, equipped with washers (33a) of fastening of a pulley (33) of a driving belt.
- Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (2)
- Remove a pulley (33).
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the water pump (34) from the engine.
- Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces and prepare new sealing laying (35).
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In conclusion check the cooling system for existence of signs of development of leaks.

- Details of installation of the water pump of engines of series 112 and 113 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Remove the finishing panel the engine/air cleaner.
- Remove ventilatory assembly (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of the fan of the cooling system).
- Having disconnected the lower hose of a cooling path from a radiator or the water pump, merge cooling liquid from a radiator.
- Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (2).
- Remove a natyazhitel of a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (see the Head Dvigatel).
- Remove hoses of a cooling path (4 and 5).
- Disconnect a hose (6) from the liquid heat exchanger of the lubrication system of the engine.
- Remove a pulley of the drive of the water pump (7).
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove pump assembly (8).
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying (9).

- Remove hoses of a cooling path (4 and 5).
- Having hooked, uncover (6) directing a roller (7).
- Shoot the directing video (7).
- Disconnect the fuel line (8) from the locking valve (Y75).
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the water pump (9).
- Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces and prepare new sealing laying.
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In conclusion check the cooling system for existence of signs of development of leaks.

- Remove ventilatory assembly (1).
- Remove bypass a sleeve of a path of pressurization of air.
- Pick up the directing phone of the probe of measurement of motive oil.
- Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units.
- Shoot the directing video (4).
- Disconnect from the water pump (7) hoses of a cooling path (5 and 6).
- Turn out fixing screws and remove pump assembly.

For the purpose of ensuring access to a fixing bolt (7s) through an aperture in a pulley turn appropriately bent shaft in the direction of normal rotation. |
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying of the pump.
- In conclusion check the cooling system for existence of signs of development of leaks.
