Removal and installation of a cooler of EGR, - diesel models

Details of installation of a cooler of EGR on models 163.113 (the series 612 engine)

2 — a connection Branch pipe to a path of the cooling system

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a cooler of EGR on models 163.113 (the series 612 engine) are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Empty the cooling system (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  3. Remove panels of finishing of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  4. Turn out fixing screws (3) and remove a basic arm (4) with a branch pipe of connection to a path of the cooling system (2).
  5. Turn out the remained fixing bolts (3), remove assembly of a cooler of EGR (1) from a head of cylinders and separate it from system of production of the fulfilled gases.
  6. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying.
  7. In conclusion start the engine and check components of system of production of the fulfilled gases for existence of signs of development of leaks.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a cooler of EGR on models 163.128 (the series 628 engine) are shown on illustrations to which all references which are found in the text belong.

The cooler of EGR (1) is removed assembled positioners (Y27/9 and Y27/10).

  1. Remove assembly of the air distributor (see the Section Service of Components of an Inlet Air Path).
  2. Disunite contact sockets of an electrical wiring (2).
  3. Disconnect lines of a cooling path (3) from positioners (Y27/9 and 27/10) and a cooler (1) EGR.
  4. At first pull (arrow A) a back part of a cooler (1) up, then give assembly (arrow B) forward and disunite nipple sockets (5 and 6), - sealing rings are subject to replacement without fail.
  5. In case of need remove from assembly of a cooler (1) positioners (Y27/9 and Y27/10) (see below).
  6. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying (see below).

  3. Turn out fixing bolts (1) and remove positioners (Y27/9 and Y27/10) from assembly of a cooler of EGR.
  4. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying (2).
