- Details of installation of the generator on petrol models are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Weaken a generator drive belt.
- At the corresponding complete set remove protective caps and disconnect an electrical wiring from the plug 30 (1) and 61 (2) of the generator.
- Turn out fixing bolts (3) and remove the generator (G2).
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In conclusion do not forget to perform the procedures connected with connection of the rechargeable battery.

- Details of installation of the generator on models 163.113 (the series 612 engine) are shown on illustrations to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Remove the right forward wheel and a loker of protection of a wheel arch.
- Remove a noise isolation.
- Disconnect a clutch coupling (2), release fixture and disconnect an electrical wiring from the generator.
- At the corresponding complete set remove a protective cap and, having blocked a wire on the plug 30 (3), turn out screws (4).
- Empty the cooling system (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Remove an air cleaner casing (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Weaken and take off a driving belt.
- Turn out screws (5) and disconnect an oil pipeline (7) from a turbocompressor.
- Remove the line of supply of cooling liquid (6).
- Turn out fixing bolts (9) and remove an arm (10).
- Turn out a bolt (11) of an arm of a vibration damper.
- Turn out bolts (8) of fastening of a casing of a cooler (1).
- Remove the generator (G2), having lowered it down assembled with a casing of a cooler (1).
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing elements (12 and 13). In the presence of signs of development of leaks remove the generator from a casing of a cooler and replace a sealing ring. In conclusion connect a negative wire to the battery.
