Removal and installation of the valve regulator of pressure of fuel

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Details of installation of the valve regulator of pressure of fuel on diesel models are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong. On models 163.113 (the series 612 engine) remove the fuel highway (see the Section Removal and installation of the fuel distributive highway and nozzles), on models 163.128 (the series 628 engine) remove the valvate block (see the Section Removal and installation of valvate assembly on models 163.128). It is the most reasonable to replace the valve regulator assembled with the fuel highway / the valvate block. In case of need the valve regulator of pressure (Y74) can be removed from the highway clamped in a vice with soft sponges / valvate assembly by a reversing of fixing bolts (2). Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace sealing elements. In conclusion start the engine and check power supply system components for existence of signs of development of leaks.
