 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material according to the procedure of removal/installation of the brake amplifier is presented on illustrations to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove GTTs (1) (see the Section Removal and installation of the main brake cylinder), - at identification of signs of leaks from the back party of primary piston the cylinder is subject to replacement.
  3. Give nuts (4) fastenings of the position sensor.
  4. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor of the course of a diaphragm of BAS (A7/7b1).
  5. On diesel models give a nut (17) on the left forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit and hang out the left edge of the engine.
  6. On diesel models 163.113 (on VIN 093126) remove the module of management of the vacuum pump (24).
  7. On diesel models take away in I will shift brake lines (18).
  8. Give a plastic lock-nut (19), - try not to damage a plastic clamp (20).
  9. Disconnect the contact socket of an electrical wiring (27) of the sensor switch of an otpuskaniye of BAS.
  10. Uncover under the dashboard at the left.
  11. Take a clamp (25) and release a finger (26).
  12. Give fixing nuts (23) and remove the brake amplifier (16) from an arm of a pedal (22), - try not to damage a cover of a head of cylinders.
  13. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying (16d) and самоконтрящиеся nuts of fastening of GTTs.
  14. In conclusion pump over the brake system (see the Section Pumping of the Brake System) and make sure of serviceability of operation of the sensor switch of stoplights.

Details of installation of the sensor of the course of a diaphragm of BAS


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the sensor of the course of a diaphragm of BAS are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Several pressing a pedal of a foot brake dump residual depression in system of strengthening of brakes (A7/7b1).
  3. Having given a nut (19), remove the thermofilter (1b) from GTTs.
  4. Having wrung out the uvula of a clamp (shooter) located from below, disunite the contact socket (2) electrical wirings of the sensor of the course of a diaphragm of BAS.
  5. Having hooked the suitable tool, remove a lock ring (16b).
  6. Having pulled outside, take the sensor of the course of a diaphragm of BAS (A7/7b1) from the landing nest.
  7. Check a condition of a sealing ring (16s), in case of need make its replacement.
  8. Installation is made upside-down, - track completeness of landing of the sensor in a reception nest.
