7 — the Vibration damper


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the transfer case are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove panels of finishing of a motive compartment.
  3. Remove system of production of the fulfilled gases from basic arms (9 and 10).
  4. Turn out bolts (14), disconnect from the transfer case and tie up the back driveshaft (13) to frame elements, - try not to damage hinged assembly and the central bearing.
  5. Turn out bolts (12), disconnect from the transfer case and tie up the forward driveshaft (11) to frame elements, - try not to damage hinged assembly.
  6. Disconnect an electrical wiring (3) from the servomotor.
  7. Prop up transmission assembly (1) and remove a cross beam with a back support of a suspension bracket of the power unit (5).
  8. Prop up the transfer case (2) a jack.
  9. Turn out bolts (4), separate the transfer case from transmission and remove it, having given on a jack back.
  10. Installation is made upside-down.
  11. In conclusion make sure that the level of the oil which is filled in in a box reaches the lower cut of a jellied/control opening.
