 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material on replacement of an epiploon of the leading gear wheel of forward differential is presented on сопр. illustrations to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Disconnect the driveshaft from a flange of the leading gear wheel of differential and by means of a face head on 41 mm with an adapter of square section 3/4 and the corresponding measuring instrument define initial effort of resistance of differential to a provorachivaniye.
  3. Raschekante also release a nut (14b), the nut is subject to replacement without fail.
  4. Having pulled outside, release a flange (14s) of the leading gear wheel from a differential case.
  5. Having hooked the suitable screw-driver, release an epiploon (14d) from the landing nest and, having used a suitable mandrel (093) put on its place new, previously having oiled its sponges universal gipoidny SAE 85 W-90.
  6. Further assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - when tightening the NEW nut (14b) block a connecting flange (14s) by means of a key (092).

Make tightening of a nut in several stages until the initial effort of resistance of differential to a provorachivaniye is reached (see paragraph 2)! In conclusion fuller a nut, do not forget to check differential for existence of signs of development of leaks.

Back differential
