 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the inlet pipeline of the engine of a series 111 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  3. Remove a bypass pipe of the air cleaner.
  4. Disconnect vacuum and electric lines.
  5. Remove the fuel highway assembled with injectors (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  6. Release from intermediate clamps on the inlet pipeline an engine electrical wiring.
  7. Disconnect an electrical wiring from sensors of provision of a bent shaft (CKP) and a detonation (KS).
  8. Disconnect from a starter a contour 50.
  9. Remove the actuation mechanism of system of stabilization of turns of idling (ISC).
  10. Separate a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve from the inlet pipeline.
  11. Release fixing bolts (19/1) and nuts (19/2) and remove assembly of the inlet pipeline (19).
  12. Installation is made upside-down.
  13. In conclusion check correctness of installation of turns of idling and serviceability of functioning of the drive of a butterfly valve.

Details of installation of the inlet pipeline of engines of a series 112 and 113

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the inlet pipeline of engines of series 112 and 113 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. On the models equipped with the electronic switch of ignition (EIS) take a key from the ignition lock.
  3. Remove an overlay of covers of heads cylinders/air cleaner.
  4. Remove a sleeve of an inlet air path assembled with the sensor of mass of air (MAF).
  5. Disconnect the giving line (17/2) from a toplivoraspredelitel.
  6. Remove the fuel highway assembled with injectors (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  7. Turn out bolts (2/1) of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  8. Disconnect (19) vacuum lines from the inlet pipeline.
  9. Disunite electric sockets.
  10. Turn off a nipple nut and disconnect the line (89/2) from the valve (89) of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases (EGR).
  11. Turn out a bolt (19/1) and remove assembly of the combined valve (6).
  12. Remove the inlet pipeline (19).
  13. Installation is made upside-down.
