Details of installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations / pulley of a driving belt of the engine of a series 111


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations / a pulley of a driving belt of the engine of a series 111 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove assembly of the fan of the cooling system with the viscous coupling.
  3. Remove a casing of the fan (8).
  4. On the models equipped with the soaking-up fan remove ventilatory assembly / the electric fan К/В.
  5. At the corresponding complete set take off a belt of the drive of the K/V compressor (9a).
  6. Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (9).
  7. Having turned a bent shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into the provision of VMT, - the pin of a bent shaft has to be developed by a segment spline (7) up.
  8. By means of special adaptation (3) block a gear wreath of a flywheel / a driving disk.
  9. Turn out the central bolt (5) and remove it together with dish-shaped washers (6).
  10. By means of a dvukhnozhechny stripper remove assembly a pulley/damper of tortional fluctuations (62).

6 — the Assembly coupling (series 113 engines)


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations / a pulley of a driving belt of engines of series 112 and 113 and a forward epiploon (113) are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove panels of finishing of the power unit.
  3. Remove an airchipper.
  4. Remove assembly of the fan with the viscous coupling (1) and a casing of ventilatory assembly (3).
  5. Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (2).
  6. Having blocked a pulley for teeths of a damper of tortional fluctuations, turn out the central bolt (4).
  7. Remove assembly of a pulley/damper of tortional fluctuations (5).
  8. On M113 engines, having hooked the screw-driver, take a forward epiploon of a bent shaft (7), - try not to damage a landing surface of a pulley.
  9. Installation is made upside-down, - at installation of an epiploon use a suitable mandrel, do not apply any sealants.
