Details of installation of a face cover of the engine of a series 111


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a face cover of the engine of a series 111 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove transmission (see the Head the Manual box of gear shifting or Automatic transmission).
  3. On models remove coupling assembly from RKPP (see the Head the Transmission line).
  4. Remove a flywheel / a driving disk (see the Section Removal and installation of a flywheel / a driving disk).
  5. Examine the engine on existence of signs of leaks, in case of need make replacement of a back epiploon of a bent shaft (see below).
  6. Turn out fixing bolts (4 and 5).
  7. Having hooked for the ledges specified by shooters, separate a face cover (1) from the engine.
  8. Study a condition of an epiploon (21), in case of need make its replacement (see below).
  9. Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a back epiploon of a bent shaft of the engine of a series 111 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove a face cover of the engine (see above).
  3. Having hooked the screw-driver, take a back epiploon (21).
  4. Press a new epiploon in the NEW face cover from the back party of the last.
  5. Working as it should be, the return to a dismantle order, install into place the removed components.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a face cover of engines of series 112 and 113 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove transmission (see the Head Automatic transmission).
  3. Remove a driving disk (see the Section Removal and installation of a flywheel / a driving disk).
  4. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a face cover (1), having accurately hooked it in the places specified by shooters.
  5. Study a condition of an epiploon (3), in case of need replace a cover assembled with an epiploon.
  6. Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a back epiploon of a bent shaft of engines of series 112 and 113 are shown on an illustration.
  2. The epiploon is not subject to extraction from a face cover and is replaced assembled with the last (see above).
