Installation of basic position of camshafts

Verification of the basic provision of camshafts of the engine of a series 612


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material on verification of the basic provision of camshafts of the engine of a series 612 is presented on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove nozzles (Y76) (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  3. Uncover a head of cylinders.
  4. Having turned a bent shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into the provision of VMT, - tags of the camshaft and a cover of its bearing have to be combined.
  5. Block camshafts by means of the special core (3) passed through an opening in a cover of the first bearing of a shaft and filled in an opening (A) in a gear wheel (2) of the inlet camshaft.
  6. At the correct basic installation of a tag (V) of gear wheels of camshafts (1 and 2) have to be combined. Besides, there has to be a combination of the tags applied on bodies of shaft and a cover of their bearings (arrow).
  7. In case of need remove camshafts (see the Section Removal and installation of the GRM components) and install them into place, trying to obtain the correct combination of tags.
  8. Дейтсвуя as it should be, the return to a dismantle order, install into place the being removed components.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material on adjustment of basic position of camshafts of the engine of a series 628 is presented on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Uncover heads of cylinders.
  3. Having turned a bent shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into the provision of VMT.
  4. Check basic position of camshafts, - gear wheels have to be developed by tags (V) to each other, besides, there has to be a combination of the tags applied on bodies of shaft and a cover of their bearings (arrow).
  5. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment.
  6. Дейтсвуя as it should be, the return to a dismantle order, install into place the being removed components.
