Removal and installation of a final collector

Details of installation of a final collector of the engine of a series 612


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a final collector of the engine of a series 612 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove primary catalytic converter (120/1).
  3. Remove a turbocompressor (110).
  4. On models remove a basic arm of the directing tube of the probe of measurement of the AT level from AT, - do not pick up the phone.
  5. Give самоконтрящиеся nuts (4) and remove a final collector (1).

Самоконтрящиеся nuts of fastening of a final collector are subject to replacement without fail!

  1. Check a condition of fixing hairpins, in case of need make replacement.
  2. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of a collector and the block of cylinders.
  3. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying (2).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of final collectors of the engine of a series 628 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove the corresponding turbocompressor.
  3. Give nuts (5) and remove a final collector (1/3).

Самоконтрящиеся nuts of fastening of a final collector are subject to replacement without fail!

  1. Check a condition of fixing hairpins (4), in case of need make replacement.
  2. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of a collector and the block of cylinders.
  3. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying (2).
